Fireside chat: the gender gap in mental health - challenges for women lawyers

Description

This session will address the disproportionate mental health burdens, stigma and barriers affecting women, as well as looking at the structural and cultural contributors to this disparity. This session will also share what firms, bar associations and individual lawyers can do in response, including implementing flexible work policies, mentorship programmes, destigmatising mental health conversations and creating psychologically safer workplaces.
