This panel brings together general counsel from leading companies to share how they are using their positions to shape the next generation of legal leaders. Panellists will reflect on their own journeys, the role models who shaped them and how they now model leadership for others and discuss practical strategies for sponsorship, succession planning and cultivating diverse pipelines within their organisations and beyond. This session will offer honest reflections on setbacks, pivots and the realities of balancing ambition with authenticity.
