Allyship: building coalitions for corporate resilience
Wednesday 7 October (1615 - 1730)
Committee(s)
LGBTQI+ Law Committee
(Lead)
Diversity and Equality Law Committee
Description
What do the most resilient organizations do differently? They build coalitions. Join an international panel of legal and business leaders for a candid discussion on how allyship can become a strategic advantage rather than a compliance exercise. Through stories, practical examples and audience interaction, the panel will explore how leaders can expand opportunities, challenge affinity bias, support diverse talent and create cultures that attract and retain the best people.
This is not a conversation about political correctness. It is a conversation about leadership, influence and building organizations that perform better in a rapidly changing world.
