Description
Immigration compliance and the ability of restructured or acquired businesses to continue employing key visa-sponsored staff is often an afterthought in mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. This session will examine immigration issues with due diligence in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructuring.
