Description
This panel will address the newly adopted US Private Fund Adviser Rules. Participants will discuss how GPs are preparing for the compliance dates, the anticipated impact on the industry and favoured approaches to the interpretive questions posed by the rules. This panel will also address international approaches to compliance with the new rules.
