Description
Venture capital investments can be exposed to a range of ESG risks with significant consequences. The SFDR and Taxonomy regulations have been impacting more and more the investment strategy and the VC transactions, however the lack of “ESG friendly” framework for start-ups is making hard the implementation of sustainability into start-ups business model and corporate structure.
Only the open debate among stakeholders can lead to the synthesis of the perspectives of investors, start-ups.
