From the Editors – Maritime and Transport Law Committee – October 2022

We are very pleased to offer another issue of the IBA Maritime and Transport Law Committee Newsletter. This time, we have eight contributions by lawyers on a wide variety of topics.

The IBA and this Committee will be gathering in Miami for the first general meeting since 2019, and this Committee has held in-person meetings this past June in Singapore and September in Valencia, Spain. This newsletter is an important adjunct to in-person meetings, and we again strongly encourage you to consider submitting an article for our next issue.

We hope that you all enjoy this new content, and we look forward to seeing you in Miami.
