Biography

Denis has over 30 years’ experience practicing law. He is a member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions teams at Chammas & Marcheteau. He advises French and international clients. Denis graduated with a magistère-DJCE, a DESS in business law and taxation from the Panthéon-Assas University (Paris II), and studied at the Miami School of Law. He is fluent in French and English. Denis is the author of several legal articles and regularly lectures at professional training courses. He notably teaches at the Ecole Polytechnique and at the Professional Training School of the Paris Bar.
