Caroline Basdevant-Soulié is a co-founder of Oyat, a French law firm and she is the head of M&A – Private Equity department. She specializes in national and international M& A transactions and pri-vate equity transactions. She has more than 20 year experience. She is an officer of the Closely Held Companies Committee.
