Alban Vaqué d'Anla is a co-founder of Operandi Law, an independent French law firm specializing in cross-border M&A, Small to Mid-Cap LBO transactions, and Venture Capital. He advises both investment funds and founders, executives, and management teams, offering customized legal support to address the unique challenges of each transaction. Alban began his career at top-tier international law firms, including Linklaters, Watson Farley & Williams, and Andersen Tax & Legal. Recognized by leading industry rankings such as Leader League, CFNews, and Capital Finance as one of the foremost professionals in venture capital, M&A, and small to mid-cap LBO, he brings both extensive expertise and strategic business acumen to each engagement. His practice spans sectors as diverse as technology, renewable energy, industry, services, hospitality, health, legaltech, and fintech, providing him with valuable insights into the specific business dynamics and regulatory considerations of these industries.
