Focuses her practice in Corporate, Contractual, M&A, Foreign Investment and Real Estate areas, mainly in national and transnational operations, including the incorporation and organization of entities, contracts,re-organization and restructuring of companies, due diligence procedures, joint venture and investment structures, among other corporative matters.
