Biography

Tetiana Bersheda is a dual-qualified lawyer with over 15 years of experience in international arbitration and cross-border dispute resolution. She is the founding partner of Bersheda Law, a boutique practice focused on complex commercial disputes, private client matters and international enforcement strategy. She is admitted to practise in Switzerland and in England & Wales.
