Biography

Kerem Karabucak is a Partner at Barlas & Karabucak Law Firm based in Istanbul, specialising in insurance&reinsurance disputes. He advises and represents many local insurers, multinational reinsurers and international market participants in complex litigation, coverage disputes and claims handling matters in Turkiye. He is also an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) Insurance Committee and regularly participates in international insurance law conferences and panels.
