Biography

Laura Rich is an international strategic adviser and experienced counsel to investors and companies with recognised expertise in the development of general business strategy and specific corporate objectives for sustainability, operational risk management, project development, corporate development, corporate finance and corporate affairs. She has held various leadership roles on advisory boards, executive teams and senior management groups, with extensive expertise in the extractive sector, emerging markets and related policy, trends and developments. She has first-hand experience in advising, managing and overseeing complex business and operational issues relating to reputation management, sustainability and ESG (environmental, social and governance), crisis and risk management, legal and regulatory exposure and dispute resolution. Laura is currently a Senior Adviser and member of the Advisory Board of Marlow Global, a leading global advisory firm specialising in geopolitics, advocacy, and risk management.
