Laurence Vincent is a Corporate M&A / Governance - ESG Partner at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Paris.
Laurence advises and assists listed and unlisted companies on a wide variety of public and private domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets transactions and on corporate governance matters and shareholders activism.
Laurence has developed extensive expertise in the corporate governance of listed companies and family groups, including CSR reporting (DPEF / CSRD Sustainability Report, Taxonomy, Carbon Footprint, Duty of Care) and governance (composition, skills and training of the Board and CSR Committee, links with the Audit Committee, internal corporate documentation (internal regulations)).
She took the initiative and co-wrote the first practical guide published by a law firm on the inclusion of CSR issues within the corporate governance of listed companies.
Laurence Vincent was distinguished as "Notable Practitioner" by Chambers France 2026 for the first edition of the category "Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)".
