John Fingleton
Biography
John Fingleton trained as an economist. He chaired the Irish Competition Authority (2000-2005) and was CEO of the UK Office of Fair Trading (2005-2002). He sat on the Competition Committee of the OECD for 12 years and was chair of the International Competition Network (2009-12). In 2013, he founded Fingleton, a boutique firm advising on novel and complex competition and regulatory matters. He has sat on a number of Boards and other advisory bodies. He is based in London.
