Biography

Daniel Hasler is a partner heading Homburger's Corporate and M&A practice team. He has wide experience in advising listed and non-listed companies in different industries in complex corporate law and securities regulation matters. Daniel Hasler focuses on public and private M&A, private equity, capital markets and real estate transactions. Daniel Hasler studied law at the University of Bern, from which he graduated in 2001 and received a doctorate (summa cum laude) in 2006. In 2003 he was admitted to the bar in Switzerland and in 2010 to the bar in New York. In 2009 he graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley.
