Biography

Ken Sakurabayashi focuses his practice on corporate crisis management and is a former federal prosecutor at the U.S. Department of Justice. He brings extensive experience in handling some of the largest and complex international matters, including criminal cartel investigations. He has assisted clients to navigate through some of the most complex leniency applications in history. As a prosecutor, the US Department of Justice awarded him one of its highest distinctions for his work in the criminal investigation into the fuel supply industry in Korea.
