Biography

Founder of Mydra, a human transformation company focused on building AI fluency in non-technical teams. With a background spanning 10 years in banking, impact investing, and entrepreneurship—previously founded StudentFinance, a fintech platform that reskilled 3,000+ people through financial inclusion programmes, backed by €40M in funding and partnered with the European Investment Fund. Marta now guides organisations through transformation at the intersection of human intelligence and artificial intelligence. She's made the journey herself—from non-technical background to building AI systems—which shapes how Mydra guides others. Based in Lisbon with four children.
