Katarzyna Randzio-Sajkowska
Biography
Katarzyna specializes in white-collar crime, compliance, and internal investigations. She has extensive experience representing clients at all stages of criminal proceedings involving business crime, including corruption, tax evasion, money laundering, and accounting fraud. Leads teams in large-scale and complex internal investigations, including matters involving FCPA violations. Advises clients on the implementation of compliance systems. Katarzyna as an officer of the Business Crime Committee within the International Bar Association. In addition to speaking at numerous conferences and training sessions (including those organized by the Polish Bank Association), also lectures in postgraduate forensic audit studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is also the leader of the Poland Chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA), an international network supporting women in the areas of corporate criminal law, compliance, and investigations.
