Biography

Rodrigo Castillo Cottin is the founder of Rimôn's Colombia office, the firm's first office in Latin America, where he leads the Trusts and Estates and Tax practice. With more than 20 years of experience in private practice, he is a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families, guiding them on complex domestic and cross-border wealth matters, including cross-border estate planning, international tax planning and compliance, multijurisdictional reorganizations, inheritance and estate structuring, exchange of information, and amnesty programs. Rodrigo is ranked Band 1 in Private Wealth Law in Colombia by Chambers and Partners and is recognized in the Private Client Global Elite Directory.
