Biography

Saranya Mishra is a Principal Associate at Khaitan & Co., advising on M&A, regulatory compliance and corporate governance/ESG. In 2024, she was named to BusinessWorld Legal’s “30 under 30” and was also selected as an International Bar Association Scholar. She currently serves as the Newsletter and Publication Officer for the Alternative and New Law Business Structures Committee and Young Lawyers' Committee Liaison Officer for the Professional Ethics Committee. She champions DEI and ethical and responsible use of AI in law. She has authored 80+ publications on governance, regulatory changes, and legal innovation. Beyond her practice, she regularly engages with student networks and supports industry-friendly regulatory reforms.
