Alexander Fritzsche
Biography
Alexander Fritzsche advises on German and European competition law. This includes German and European merger control law, cooperation and distribution agreements, antitrust proceedings and litigation as well as antitrust compliance. He has extensive experience in handling large, multi-jurisdictional merger control and other transactional regulatory cases as well as complex cooperation projects in a variety of industries. Alexander studied at Humboldt-University of Berlin (German National Academic Foundation scholarship), the University of Bonn (Dr. iur. 2008) and the University of Michigan Law School (LL.M. 2007, Fulbright and Michigan Grotius Scholar). In 2016/2017 he was seconded to an international law firm in New York. Alexander is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV) and the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V. and the IBA Alexander speaks German and English.
