Biography

I am partner at Schoenherr Attorney-at-law in Vienna and co-head the firm's capital market practice. I have extensive experience in helping clients on complex capital market and finance matters. In the past fifteen years, I have headed teams on numerous ECM transactions, including initial public offerings, rights issues and secondary placements (e.g. ac-celerated book buildings) as well as equity linked and debt capital market transactions. In DCM, our main focus is corporate bonds, high-yield, mort-gage covered bonds, bonded loans and regulatory capital issues. In securities and capital market compliance matters, I regularly advise international and domestic banks, issuers and investors with a focus on transactional work and corporate governance/compliance. Several issuers and groups of companies trust my experience in board room matters. Complex restructurings (i.p. related to listed companies) and finance transactions play also an important role in my business.
