Emilio Arteaga

Biography

Emilio Arteaga is a trade attorney specializing in trade remedies, free trade agreements and trade policy in Mexico. Besides assisting US law firms in trade remedy investigations dealing with Mexico, Mr. Arteaga primarly represents exporters in antidumping and CVD proceedings, including recent and active investigations regarding US products such as pork meat, cold rold steel, apples, and PVC suspension. As for rules of origin, Mr. Arteaga also advises and represents producers before Mexican customs authorities that seek to verify the USMCA origin. Mr. Arteaga has appeared before NAFTA/USMCA Binational Panels.
