Sherrards Solicitors’ London based Head of Litigation Paul Marmor is a 'vastly experienced' litigator (Legal 500) and undertakes large-scale, complex commercial litigation, including a broad mix of contractual, IT, intellectual property, financial and fraud-related work. Much of Paul's work is international, cross-border and City-related. He also has a growing arbitration practice, and is active in all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation, and has experience of cross border depositions, international debt recovery and the enforcement of foreign judgments in the UK.
