Eric Garner

Biography

Eric Garner practices water rights law at Best Best & Krieger LLP in Los Angeles, California and advises clients on surface and groundwater issues. He has drafted water laws in South Africa, Trinidad & Pakistan, worked with UNEP incorporating environmental issues into water laws, the World Bank on groundwater issues in the Middle East-North Africa region and was the first American Chair of the International Bar Association's Water Law Committee. Eric co-authored “California Water” and “California Water II,” and is an adjunct law professor at USC's Gould School of Law. He has been named a California Lawyer of the Year, one of the Top 100 Lawyers in California and the Water Law Lawyer of the Year in Los Angeles.
