Lee Plave

Biography

Lee Plave is the co-founding partner of Plave Koch PLC, a boutique 16 lawyer firm in the Washington DC area focusing its practice on representing franchisors. His practice focuses upon complex cross-border and US transactions, as well as the application of technology to franchise systems. He also has substantial experience in structuring and financing franchise systems, including securitization and private equity transactions. Lee has been recognized by Who’s Who Legal as the Global Franchise Lawyer of the Year (2018, 2019, and 2020), is included by Lexology among the "Global Elite," is highly ranked in Chambers Global, and was recognized by the American Bar Association's Forum on Franchising with its premiere Lewis Rudnick Award (2019).
