Biography

Adeola Olumeyan is an award-winning C-suite executive, certified board governance auditor, and strategic legal leader with 20+ years’ experience shaping national policy, strengthening corporate governance frameworks across Africa, and protecting intellectual property rights. She has deep expertise in ESG, risk oversight, stakeholder engagement, and policy reform, and has led multi-million-dollar transactions and corporate transformations in sectors including technology, media, and non-profits. Her work has received international recognition, including being named among the Top 25 Global Legal Rising Stars (DigitalConfex, Malaysia) and 50 Influential Women in IP Worldwide (World IP Review), as well as honours from The Legal 500 UK, ESQ Nigeria, PSAG Nigeria, and the African Corporate and Government Counsel Forum.
