Biography

Anders Ørjan Jensen is partner at Gorrissen Federspiel, where he co-heads the firm's Corporate/M&A practice group. Anders advises international and domestic clients on securities and corporate law matters, focusing primarily on mergers & acquisitions, capital market transactions and securities law advice. Anders also advises on corporate governance, executive compensation and corporate reorganisations. He is appointed member of the Association of Danish law firms' Expert Panel on Corporate and Securities Law.
