Biography
I am a regulatory lawyer, research psychologist, and socio-legal academic. My research applies empirical methods to address challenges impacting professional ethics and wellbeing in legal practice and the judiciary. I teach legal ethics, behavioural ethics, and law and psychology. I also continue my legal practice as a policy consultant, partnering with professional bodies, regulators, NGOs, and international institutions to develop evidence-based policies, ethical standards, and guidance that blend legal expertise with empirical research and evidence. Across the three pillars of my work - research, teaching, and consulting - my interests encompass legal ethics and regulation, professionalism and the rule of law, legal education and training, and psychological health, safety, and wellbeing.
