Biography

Florence Coussau is a Partner in Alerion’s Employment Law Department. She advises French and international companies, ranging from multinational groups to SMEs and fast-growing businesses, on the full spectrum of employment and social security law matters, both in advisory work and litigation. Her practice encompasses individual and collective employment relations, complex restructurings, workforce reorganizations, collective redundancies, business transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and international mobility projects. She regularly assists clients in managing legal risks, ensuring compliance with evolving labor regulations, and designing practical solutions aligned with their business objectives. Florence also advises senior executives on compensation matters and the negotiation of departure arrangements. With over twenty years of experience, she combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach.
