Biography

Martin Krüger is a solicitor specialising in matters relating to product regulation / product compliance (CE marking) and the associated contract law, liability law and litigation. Thanks to his German background and English-language education, Martin is ideally placed to serve clients in cross-border cases and matters. Martin has extensive experience in advising players in the European and international manufacturing sector across the entire supply chain, from designers and manufacturers to importers, distributors, retailers and consumers. Thanks to his understanding of and experience with other cultures, Martin is able to provide his clients with the best possible support in negotiations with foreign parties and in the resolution of disputes. In addition to his work as a solicitor, Martin regularly gives lectures and runs workshops.
