Biography

Bárbara Ramperti has more than 25 years of experience in corporate law and commercial law. She is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, contractual matters and general corporate advice. She provides advice to Fortune 500 clients within different industries such as infrastructure, consumers, insurance and life sciences in day-to-day operations, high profile local and cross border mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate matters.
