Biography

Joanna Jiang (Lulu) is a PRC lawyer and a TEP member. She is a partner of East-Concord Partners Shanghai office. She focuses on private wealth advice and tax planning, and cross-border M&A. She advises Chinese entrepreneurs and globally mobile families on cross-border succession planning, trust structuring, tax compliance and family governance. She also advises multinational corporations and USD funds on China-related cross-border M&A and investment matters. Joanna is a translator of the Chinese edition of Offshore Company Law and a tutor for the STEP Company Law & Practice workshop. She has been recognised as Growth Driver by CBLJ and Rising Star by WealthBriefingAsia in private wealth sector. She is a frequent speaker on cross-border private wealth planning, PRC tax and offshore trust structuring, including at the Cambridge Forum and IBA.
