Biography

Partner at TMI Associates Director of TMI Privacy & Security Consulting　　 Lecturer at Chuo University Law School (Asian Business Law) His main areas of practice include advice on global compliance, including antitrust and competition laws, international trade, business and human rights, whistleblower protection law, and foreign bribery regulations. In addition he has been selected as a Band 4 notable practitioner in the Antitrust and Competition category of the Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide 2025 and a Next Generation Partner in the Antitrust and Competition category of The Legal 500 Asia Pacific from 2020 to 2025. In addition, in the Nikkei Newspaper, he was ranked in the fields of international trade and national security (2022/2024) and business and human rights (2023) in “The Ranking of Lawyers Selected by Companies.”
