Biography

Daniel leads the criminal law and dispute resolution practice areas of Lembeye Abogados in Santiago de Chile. He holds a Master in Laws from the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität, Freiburg, Germany. Daniel has extensive experience representing national and foreign clients in both civil and criminal litigation. His practice also includes conducting internal corporate investigations. For many years Daniel also practiced as a corporate attorney, advising clients on corporate, M&A and finance matters, experience which has become a useful complement to his litigation skills on complex economic disputes. His past experience includes having worked at the Money Laundering and Business Crime Unit of the National Prosecutor’s Office in Chile and at the Frankfurt Office of Freshfields in Frankfurt.
