Biography

Vinod Kumar Menon is a corporate and commercial legal professional with over 27 years of experience in mergers, acquisitions, cross-border investments, and private equity & venture capital transactions. He currently serves as General Counsel - India at Accel, a Silicon Valley-based venture fund, where he leads Accel’s six-member legal and compliance team in India, advising on investments, divestments, and portfolio management. Vinod was recognized in the 2022 General Counsel Power List by Legal 500 and is highly recommended as in-house counsel in the Investment Funds category by India Business Law Journal for 2023-24.
