Biography

Vishal Gandhi is the founder of the leading Indian law firm, Gandhi & Associates (www.gandhiassociates.com). He is recognised as a leading corporate/M&A lawyer by various independent publications and has been on the 'A' list of the India Business Law Journal. He set-up the firm at the relatively young age of 28, and has successfully run the firm for over two decades. His clients include Fortune 100 companies. He focuses on cross-border transactional work.
