Tom Ensink

Biography

Tom Ensink is an experienced banking and corporate lawyer practising in the Netherlands. His practice is international and sector-agnostic, although he likes (and has affinity with) working in transactions involving tech and IP issues and venture capital. Tom graduated at Maastricht University and has an LL.M. degree from Tulane University. Before joining the firm of Ploum in 1997, he worked at a large international Dutch firm.
