Biography
Francesco Abbozzo Franzi provides counsel to Italian and foreign clients in commercial and corporate transactions, including cross-border cases. In the ordinary course of business, he deals with corporate assistance, drafting of commercial, agency, and distribution contracts, private contracts, real estate, wealth planning, copyright and art world issues. Francesco also has experience in the litigation aspects of the same fields, as well as in the field of unfair competition and protection of investors’ rights. With regard to extraordinary operations, he deals with mergers and acquisitions of companies
