Biography

Corporate Vice-President Head of Competition and Regulation: Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Nicholas Banasevic is Microsoft’s Head of Competition and Regulation for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, in which role he is responsible for leading and coordinating Microsoft’s competition work in the region, as well as its engagement in relation to policy and regulatory developments in the sector. Before joining Microsoft, Nick was Managing Director in the Brussels office of a US law firm, and before that, he worked at DG Competition of the European Commission for 21 years, where he was at the centre of numerous landmark antitrust decisions in the tech sector.
