Biography

Piusha Bose is based in the London office of Freshfields and co-heads the firm's global India Group. She specialises in high-value, complex cross-border M&A deals. Piusha’s practice covers a broad range of corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and joint ventures in jurisdictions across the world. Over the course of her career spanning London, New York and India, Piusha has acted for many of the world’s leading corporations, private equity firms and investment banks across a range of sectors and is particularly well known for her work on transformational cross border M&A transactions. Piusha combines her transactional work with strategic advice and thought leadership on matters relating to India.
