Suneeth is a founding partner of INDUSLAW. He has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions and private equity investment. He also advises clients on joint ventures, corporate restructurings, arrangements amongst shareholders, reduction of capital and complex schemes involving all of the above. Suneeth has been listed in Band 1 for Corporate/M&A and Band 2 for Private Equity field by Chambers & Partners in its Asia guides.
