Darshika Kothari has been with the Firm since its inception. With over 25 years’ experience, she specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, General Corporate and Private Equity. Darshika represents leading international and domestic corporate clients across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, retail, infrastructure, renewables, financial services and chemicals. She also advises marquee private equity clients, sovereign funds and financial institutions on various legal and regulatory matters.
