Advises entrepreneurs on the transit, import and export of goods from/to Poland and European Union countries, as well as the classification of goods. Supports clients during customs control. Represent clients in proceedings before administrative courts, providing legal support at every stage of the customs proceedings. Has many years of experience in advising to defence sector companies. Advises on negotiating commercial contracts and offset agreements. Supports the process of obtaining permits, licenses, concessions, including business concessions in the production and trade of explosives, weapons, ammunition, as well as products and technology for military or police purposes.
