Biography
Andy is a partner at Han Kun's dispute resolution department, specializing in litigation and arbitration, cross border dispute resolution, fraud, asset tracing and recovery, foreign judgment and award enforcement, restructuring & insolvency, and in particular he has accumulated abundant experiences in handling corporate disputes as well as investment and financing disputes of private equity funds and assets management institutions.
In terms of fraud, asset tracing and recovery, Andy is one of the PRC lawyers widely recognized by the international legal community. Over the years, he has represented Han Kun to author the China chapters for several international publications on fraud and asset recovery, including the Asset Tracing and Recovery Review, Chambers Global Practice Guides - International Fraud & Asset Tracing as well as the CDR Essential Intelligence: Fraud, Asset Tracing & Recovery, where Han Kun is the only law firm from China. He is the sole China member of ICC FraudNet, an international network under the auspices of ICC Commercial Crime Services and comprising over 80 independent lawyers who are the leading civil asset recovery specialists from over 70 countries and regions.
