Biography

Rodrigo Kaysserlian Founding Partner, Krikor Kaysserlian e Advogados Associados (KKAA), São Paulo Rodrigo Kaysserlian is the founding partner of KKAA, a São Paulo firm specialising in asset tracing, asset recovery and complex insolvency litigation. He acts for bankrupt estates, trustees and creditors in major Brazilian bankruptcy proceedings, focusing on veil piercing, extending bankruptcy effects to hidden controllers and recovering assets diverted through fraud, before the state courts, the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and the Federal Supreme Court (STF). He is the founder and Director-President of the Brazilian Institute of Asset Tracing (IBRA), which promotes international cooperation against fraud and corruption and hosts the annual International Seminar on Asset Tracing. He holds a Master in Anti-Corruption Studies (MACS) from the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), Austria.
