Biography

Maureen Ward is a leading commercial litigator and Partner at Bennett Jones with extensive experience leading high stakes fraud and asset recovery proceedings domestically and internationally. She represents clients from multiple industries in complex domestic and international cross-border litigation, contentious disputes arising from insolvencies, enforcement of international judgments and internal investigations.
