Biography

I am the partner responsible for the international Dispute Resolution Team at Sorainen and Jean Monnet, Professor of EU Law at Tartu University #UProEU. In 2024, Estonia appointed me as an arbitrator for the ICSID (International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes). I was a MOB at Estonian Railways. In December 2020, the EU Council added me to the Reserve list of BREXIT dispute arbitrators. In 2022, the European Commission listed me as one of the arbitrators for bilateral disputes of the EU under trade agreements with third countries.
